I am typically FROMMER LEGAL – so openness to new things is my greatest strength! That's how I was able to move from event management to psychology.

As an HR manager, I can effectively combine the skills and experience I gained in both areas.

Particularly when it comes to recruiting and employer branding, creative ideas and their implementation are essential. I think it’s great that there are always new tasks and projects and we are encouraged to collaborate cross-departmentally, which works so successfully. At FROMMER LEGAL, we like to explore new and exciting avenues that are far removed from those of a traditional law firm.
